Meet the owner, Michelle Strigotte, from personal struggles to professional healing;
I am Michelle, the devoted spirit behind Serene Integrative - an outpatient clinic designed with a holistic approach, catering to the complete well-being of an individual, not just the mind. My journey, both personally and professionally, has instilled in me a fervor for understanding, compassion, and resilience.
From an early age, social anxiety was my shadow, but so too was a tenacity to push through, often hidden behind laughter and a predisposition to focus on the brighter side of things. Although I excelled academically and formed bonds easily, comprehending the nuances of my surroundings and the motivations of those around me remained a challenge.
Life later introduced me to its harshest lessons, one of which was surviving an emotionally turbulent marriage. As a mother, witnessing the impact of this turmoil on my two children was heart-wrenching. My son, though reserved, navigated the world with commendable independence. My daughter, an artistic soul, grappled with both academic and relational challenges - an odyssey that led me to understand the intricacies of ADHD.
As they grew, my path became clearer. My life's trials, though overwhelming, crafted a resilience in me that I realized could be a beacon for others. With this newfound purpose, I pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. My subsequent role at a psychiatric residential facility expanded my understanding and scope, while my training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Integrative psychology, and neurosciences deepened my expertise.
Today, as the proud owner of Serene Integrative, my mission is multifaceted. I strive to be a beacon for single parents, children and young adults with disabilities, couples facing relational turmoil, and anyone seeking a compassionate ear. I provide not only scholarly counsel but also wisdom drawn from personal experiences. My approach emphasizes the power of resilience, hope, and optimism, even when faced with overwhelming odds.
Join me at Serene Integrative, and let's journey towards holistic healing together.

Yendi Labelle is a board- certified family nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her scope of practice extends over the entire lifespan from newborns to elderly. Yendi has spent most of her professional career as a nurse practitioner working with young adults and children, practicing both traditional Western medicine and incorporating Holistic alternative methods as much as possible. Yendi loves empowering each of her patients (no matter the age) to take ownership in their health care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Yendi was not the stereotypical hospital bedside nurse; she did do some school nursing but dabbled in events planning on yachts in the bay area, working in sports & fitness, personal training, wellness coordinator, nurse assistant and medication technician for elderly assisted living, and restaurant catering and waitressing. Yendi enjoys making others feel comfortable, heard, and welcome. She loves reading and integrating nutritional practices into her healthcare and often tries many modalities herself before recommending them to patients. Yendi adores her dog and thinks he is hilarious. She also loves mysteries, documentaries, weightlifting fitness programs, interior decorating, and a hazelnut soy latte any day of the week.
